Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day café operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently
• Work towards achieving sales targets and profitability

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Café Manager or in a similar hospitality role
• Must be fluent in Arabic (speaking)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Currently based in UAE (preferred)
