We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative/Accounts Assistant to support our finance and operations teams. This role involves a mix of administrative duties and basic accounting tasks, ideal for someone with strong organizational and numerical skills. This is a growth-oriented role with exposure to cross-functional responsibilities and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with data entry into accounting systems.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in home country in Similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
