Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate agent to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will actively generate leads, manage clients and close property deals efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through multiple channels including networking, referrals and CRM systems.
- Conduct Market research to identify property opportunities for clients
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits.
- Advice clients on property market conditions, price and mortgages.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers, sellers and tenants.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain and update all client interactions, property listings, and sales progress in CRM.
- Track performance metrics through CRM including leads converted, appointments scheduled and deals closed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely property handovers
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, market trends and competitor activities.
- Attend team meetings , training sessions and marketing events as required.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Real Estate
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused professional and highly motivated
- Proficiency with CRM systems and understanding of lead management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
