Role Overview:
As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them understand their medical conditions, available treatment options, and guiding them through the process of seeking care. Your role will involve building trust, gathering key patient information, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and doctors.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a must. Medical background is mandatory. Experience in patient care, patient counseling, telehealth, or hospital front-office roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients. Ability to empathize with patients and explain medical treatments clearly. Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure patient engagement.
