Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control company documents, ensuring proper filing and version control.
- Maintain an organized electronic and physical document management system.
- Ensure all project and operational documents are accurately labeled and updated.
- Track, retrieve, and distribute documents as requested by internal teams.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission or filing.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
- Assist in creating document templates and ensuring consistent formatting.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in an administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
