Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the plumbing team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and heating systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
• Assist in the installation and upgrading of plumbing fixtures and systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair work.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced plumbing projects and repairs.
• Monitor water consumption and recommend water conservation measures.
• Train and mentor plumbing team members to improve efficiency and technical knowledge.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues and ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in plumbing or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe fittings, drainage systems, and water heating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and plumbing schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and coordinate tasks efficiently.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
