Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about menu items, specials, or promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills, handle payments, and return correct change.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining and service areas.
- Support team members and assist in other duties as needed during busy hours.
