Radius Interior Design, Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our interior design projects from execution to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure all fit-out works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fit-out labor teams on-site, ensuring work quality and adherence to project specifications
• Oversee gypsum installation, partitioning, and finishing works
• Supervise joinery and woodwork operations, ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources on-site
• Manage labor recruitment and allocation based on project requirements
• Transport and coordinate labor teams to project sites as needed
• Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports for management
• Monitor project timelines and ensure all works are completed within scheduled timeframes
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fit-Out Site Supervisor in the interior design or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of gypsum works, joinery, and woodwork
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license.
