Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to manage our clinic’s marketing and social media presence. This role combines marketing support, content creation, and patient engagement to help grow our brand and attract new patients.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Shoot and edit photos, videos, and stories to showcase treatments, offers, and patient experiences.
- Assist in running marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and aesthetics across all channels.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and admin staff to produce educational and promotional content.
- Respond to inquiries and engage with followers on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor content, and patient feedback to improve engagement.
- Assist in website updates, newsletters, and online listings as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience or interest in social media marketing, photography, and videography.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of social media trends and marketing strategies is a plus.
