Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all project documentation including contracts, drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of project documents to relevant teams, clients, and stakeholders
Implement and maintain a systematic filing system for both physical and electronic records
Track document revisions and maintain a log of changes to ensure document accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to collect and process documents
Ensure that documents comply with company policies and industry regulations
Prepare and submit regular reports on document status to senior management
Assist with project audits and provide documentation support during quality checks or inspections
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a document controller in the Joinery & Fit-Out industry, preferably within the UAE or GCC
Strong knowledge of document management systems, standards, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and document control software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience with joinery projects or fit-out documentation is essential
