We are looking for Assistant Chef

Duties

  • Food preparation: Preparing ingredients for recipes, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and setting up cooking stations.
  • Cooking: Cooking dishes as directed by the head chef and ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner.
  • Kitchen management: Assisting with inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders for supplies.
  • Cleaning and organization: Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sanitizing equipment and food preparation areas.
  • Safety and compliance: Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Staff supervision: Supervising and delegating tasks to other kitchen staff, such as cooks or kitchen assistants.
  • Presentation: Ensuring the final presentation of dishes is appealing and meets quality standards.
