Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Waiter to oversee our dine-in service and assist with our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, whether in our restaurant or at catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dine-In Service Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dine-in area, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items.
  • Supervise waitstaff, monitor service quality, and manage customer requests or concerns.
  • Ensure that all areas of the dining room are clean, organized, and ready for service.
  • Train and mentor junior waitstaff to maintain consistent service standards.
  • Catering Assistance:
  • Assist in setting up and managing catering events, ensuring smooth service.
  • Coordinate with the catering team to ensure all guest requirements are met.
  • Help with the preparation, transportation, and setup of catering equipment and food.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests at off-site events, ensuring a seamless experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a waiter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in catering or event service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different service styles.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
