We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee all purchasing and supply chain functions across our organic farm, poultry operations, restaurant, and tourism facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with department heads across farming, poultry, restaurant, admin and tourism divisions.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the farm’s organic and sustainability principles.
  • Source and purchase high-quality agricultural inputs (seeds, organic fertilizers, poultry feed, tools, etc.) in line with organic standards.
  • Procure food, beverages, kitchen equipment, and hospitality supplies for the restaurant and tourism facilities.
  • Identify and maintain reliable relationships with local and certified organic suppliers.
  • Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance to ensure best value, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with farm, poultry, restaurant, and accommodation teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules.
  • Oversee inventory management, storage, and cost control processes.
  • Ensure all procurement complies with organic certification requirements, food safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience in agriculture, food production, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of organic farming practices .
  • Proven ability to manage multiple categories (farm inputs, food ingredients, equipment, etc.) efficiently.
  • Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainable sourcing and farm-to-table operations preferred.
  • Proficient in procurement software, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Passionate about sustainability, food systems, and community-based agriculture.
