- Oversee daily operations of the clinic ensuring smooth high standards of service and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments doctors, nurses, reception, and administrative teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards, implementing necessary protocols and training for staff
- Oversee EMR systems to ensure accurate and secure patient information management
- Manage the billing process, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
- Monitor clinic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Provide training and support for staff on EMR systems, billing procedures, and compliance matters
- Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external partners, including vendors and insurance companies
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff
- Significant experience in clinic operations management, preferably in a Dubai-based healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations, EMR systems, and billing processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
