  • Oversee daily operations of the clinic ensuring smooth high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between all departments doctors, nurses, reception, and administrative teams.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client concerns professionally and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards, implementing necessary protocols and training for staff
  • Oversee EMR systems to ensure accurate and secure patient information management
  • Manage the billing process, including insurance verification, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
  • Monitor clinic performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Provide training and support for staff on EMR systems, billing procedures, and compliance matters
  • Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external partners, including vendors and insurance companies
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff
  • Significant experience in clinic operations management, preferably in a Dubai-based healthcare setting
  • In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations, EMR systems, and billing processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
