Guest Service & Experience

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure smooth experiences.
  • Offer personalized assistance with unpacking, packing, laundry, pressing, and wardrobe management as requested.
  • Coordinate and arrange special requests such as spa appointments, dining reservations, excursions, and in-villa experiences.
  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences through observation and prior communication.
  • Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
  • Ensure all guests feel comfortable and cared for, particularly in situations requiring gender sensitivity (e.g., personal assistance, cultural requirements).
  • Provide turndown services, room inspections, and ensure suites are immaculate and aesthetically pleasing.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between guests and all hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future visits.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, spa, and other teams to ensure personalized experiences are delivered flawlessly.

Professionalism & Presentation

  • Maintain impeccable grooming and personal presentation, adhering to hotel grooming standards.
  • Exhibit discretion, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and professionalism, escalating to the Head Butler or management when necessary.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience as a Butler, Personal Assistant, Guest Relations Officer, or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Knowledge of etiquette, luxury service standards, and island resort operations.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background in hospitality, luxury service, or VIP guest handling.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and natural service mindset.
