Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in UAE banking sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, accounts, auto loans, or bancassurance, with a solid understanding of UAE banking procedures, compliance, and documentation. The role requires a target-driven individual with strong networking skills and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Acquisition

  • Promote and sell banking products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Accounts, Auto Loans, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations to potential clients in malls, corporates, and outdoor locations.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely documentation and application processing.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all customer applications meet bank policies and Central Bank regulations.
  • Collect and verify required documents (Emirates ID, Salary Certificate, Statements, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and backend teams to ensure timely processing.

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on competitor products, offers, and UAE banking market trends.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market demand, and product performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of UAE banking sales experience.
  • Experience in selling Credit Cards, PL, Auto Loans, Accounts, or other retail banking products.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a competitive, target-driven environment.
  • Presentable personality with professional communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
