Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage daily operations and oversee a team within our transportation services division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing people, and the ability to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the operations department to assign and monitor tasks.
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and report challenges to management.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and performance support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to team activities.
- Monitor team performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory or team leader role (transport or operations industry preferred).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling.
- Fluency in English.
