  • Serve food and beverages (applicable to restaurant and hospitality roles).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.
  • Upsell and promote additional products or services when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  • Stay knowledgeable about company offerings, promotions, and updates.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, or other payment methods securely.
  • Follow proper opening and closing procedures, depending on the work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
