Job Title: Kiosk Food Service Crew Member

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices and order placement
• Assemble food items accurately according to customer preferences and company standards
• Prepare ingredients and keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Operate the POS system to take orders and process payments (cash, card, or digital)
• Pack and present orders neatly for takeaway or dine-in (as applicable)
• Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service during busy periods
• Promote add-ons, combos, or specials to enhance the customer experience
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate with the team for timely restocking
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties including cleaning and basic prep work
• Support teammates and contribute to a smooth, efficient kiosk operation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kiosk, café, food truck, or fast-food outlet is preferred
• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred for this position
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, limited-space environment
• High attention to cleanliness, organization, and personal hygiene
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team

The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience.
