Royal Beach Hotel & Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurants and outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, smooth operations, and a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B operations in restaurants, bars, and outlets
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
- Manage and train F&B staff to improve performance and teamwork
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage
- Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating with the kitchen and management
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days per week
