Royal Beach Hotel & Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our restaurants and outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, smooth operations, and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations in restaurants, bars, and outlets
  • Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
  • Manage and train F&B staff to improve performance and teamwork
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage
  • Assist in scheduling staff and coordinating with the kitchen and management
  • Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule:
Full-time, 6 days per week
