Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative support across departments as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain visitor logs and manage security passes or badges
- Follow company procedures and security protocols
