Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in a construction environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for document control.
  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate smooth document flow and retrieval.
  • Track document revisions and updates, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of GCC experience in document control within construction projects.
  • Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes.

Special Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
