- Prepare and submit daily reports and financial sheets.
- Manage monthly timesheets, requirements, and inventory.
- Organize workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Engage with companies to expand business opportunities.
- Communicate management directives to employees.
- Report to senior management and coordinate with HR on employee matters.
- Evaluate performance and resolve employee disputes.
- Develop strategies to improve service quality.
- Ensure excellent customer care and support.
- Manage contracts, medical schedules, reports, and client support.
- Implement company and health ministry policies.
- Process monthly payment receipts (MAF only).
- Oversee daily center operations, IT, maintenance, and supplies.
- Supervise lab, radiology, and clinic workflows.
- Coordinate with third parties and monitor Q-management systems.
- Maintain centre cleanliness and hygiene.
