- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately using hotel software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals and maintain cleanliness standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Uphold the hotel’s standards for customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
