Role Summary:
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships and ensuring cost-efficient, timely procurement of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware and installation materials. This role will work closely with our Projects, Estimation and Technical teams to maintain smooth material flow and high product standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Source, negotiate and purchase aluminium systems, glass, hardware and accessories
– Manage supplier relationships, pricing, quality and lead timesIssue POs, track orders, delivery and logistics until materials reach siteMaintain procurement records, pricing and supplier documentation
– Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely supply

Requirements:
– 2–5 years’ procurement experience in aluminium/glazing, construction or fit-out
– Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
– Knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass specs and related hardware (preferred)
– Organised, detail-oriented, proactive communicator
– UAE industry experience is an advantage
