We Are Hiring for Receptionist – Arabic

Front Desk Management Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for agents or brokers.
  • Prepare and process documents such as listings, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Maintain client records and filing systems (physical or digital).

Qualification:

  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Have experience as Admin/Receptionist in Real Estate company
  • Good communication skill
  • Presentable
  • Can create good relationship with clients
  • Can do multi-tasking and time management
