We Are Hiring for Receptionist – Arabic
Front Desk Management Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and meetings for agents or brokers.
- Prepare and process documents such as listings, contracts, and lease agreements.
- Maintain client records and filing systems (physical or digital).
Qualification:
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Have experience as Admin/Receptionist in Real Estate company
- Good communication skill
- Presentable
- Can create good relationship with clients
- Can do multi-tasking and time management
