Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project walkthroughs to understand requirements.
- Collaborate with the estimation and technical teams for accurate proposal submissions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the UAE fit-out and FM sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a sales support or admin role is a plus.
