Full job description
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist with experience in Business Center operations. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring excellent service and smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings, schedules, and availability
- Coordinate office services for tenants (printing, courier, utilities requests, etc.)
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups related to business center services
- Maintain clean, organized, and presentable reception area and common areas
- Keep updated records of tenants, client files, and visitor logs
- Support administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
- Coordinate with maintenance/cleaning for any required service request inside the business center
- Provide general assistance and information to walk-in inquiries and clients
Requirements:
- With 2 years experience in business center, serviced office, or shared workspace environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools
- Organized, professional, and presentable at all times
