Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, counters, and equipment.
- Wash and disinfect utensils, trays, and food preparation tools.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed as instructed by the supervisor.
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Remove waste and dispose of it safely according to company policy.
- Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, ovens, mixers, and other kitchen machinery.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write in English (for following written instructions and safety labels).
- Ability to listen carefully and follow verbal directions from supervisors.
- Previous experience in kitchen or food factory cleaning is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
Skills:
