MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales efforts to exceed customer expectations, collaborating seamlessly with R&D, Marketing, and other cross functional teams.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Continuously assess and anticipate customer needs, ensuring we deliver unparalleled value.
- Work closely with R&D, and Marketing Teams to achieve shared goals.
- Identify new category opportunities, through a close connection with marketing and supply chain teams.
- Keep abreast of internal & external landscape to ensure understanding of future capabilities/technologies that could provide new opportunity.
- Co-ordinate & manage customer set up, changes in price files, products, credit & debit notes.
- Work closely with Commercialisation team on Salesforce Opportunity Managment
- Drive internal and external process improvements to minimize SLOB, and where externally driven, claim back.
- Ensure aged debt is recovered and adherence improved.
- Execute growth agenda: organic, share, category.
- Develop and maintain high quality relationships within existing customers across all departments, including Procurement, SC, and R&D.
- Support other Flavour Solution sites within EMEA as appropriate.
