About the Role
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
- Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate team members
- Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
What do we need from you
- Must be a UAE National
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Familiarity with office equipment operation and maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE business practices and culture
