About the Role


We are seeking an organized and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

  • Manage and maintain office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate team members
  • Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment


What do we need from you

  • Must be a UAE National
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Familiarity with office equipment operation and maintenance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE business practices and culture
