Overview:
We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to manage daily operations at our construction or industrial site. This role involves leading teams, ensuring safety, and making sure work is completed on time and to standard. If you’re a hands-on leader with a good understanding of site operations and equipment, this job is for you!

Job Title: Site Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily work at the construction site.
• Make sure workers are safe and work gets done on time.
• Help move and use heavy equipment like trucks and forklifts.
• Check safety rules are being followed.
• Keep track of work and equipment.
• Talk to the team to solve problems and give instructions.
• Make sure equipment is working properly.

What You Need:

• Experience working on construction sites or with heavy equipment.
• A Manual driver’s license is needed.
• Able to do simple maintenance on equipment.
• Good at talking and working with others.
• Able to work outside in all kinds of weather.
