About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Waitress/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle guest orders and payments accurately, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the restaurant.

(Applicants currently based in the UAE and familiar with Filipino cuisine or customer service style are highly encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them in finding a table.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
• Process payments accurately through cash or POS systems.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and receipts issued.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the cashier area.
• Refill beverages and assist with serving during peak hours.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely and efficiently.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and company service standards.
• Cooperate with team members to provide a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a waitress or cashier (preferably in a restaurant or café).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude, good personal presentation, and teamwork spirit.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
