Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead campaign planning and coordination across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Build and manage strategic brand partnerships (luxury brands, tourism entities, airlines, etc.).
  • Manage local PR agency relationships and oversee press coverage and influencer activations.
  • Coordinate marketing events, media visits, and content collaborations.
  • Oversee budget allocation, reporting, and ROI tracking.
  • Support the Director in developing brand storytelling and positioning strategies.
  • Ensure brand integrity across all guest touchpoints.

Ideal Profile:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, PR, or brand partnerships within hospitality or luxury sectors.
  • Strong network and understanding of the regional media and influencer landscape.
  • Experience managing campaigns, events, and collaborations.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
