CHCI is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Manager to lead site operations on a newly awarded ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. Candidates without ADNOC project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site activities in coordination with the Project Manager and construction teams.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved IFC drawings, method statements, and ADNOC specifications.
• Supervise site execution teams, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, planning, and procurement departments for smooth site operations.
• Attend site meetings, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and resolve technical site issues promptly.
• Manage manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in site management for infrastructure/energy/piling works.
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience within the UAE.
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and understanding of construction contracts and documentation.
