Job Purpose

Support civil construction operations on site through safe execution of labor tasks, assisting trades, and maintaining work areas in compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other trades as directed
• Handle and move construction materials (cement, blocks, rebar, tools, etc.)
• Perform housekeeping in allocated zones
• Assist in basic formwork preparation and dismantling
• Support concrete pouring and compaction as required
• Comply with HSE rules and PPE usage
• Immediately report hazards/unsafe acts to supervisor
• Maintain tool and material organization

Minimum Requirements

• Physically fit and able to work outdoor on site
• Basic reading and verbal communication skills
• Previous site experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic safety practices is an advantage
