The Role
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations. Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
