Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to suitable influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).
  • Support influencer onboarding and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Prepare influencer briefs, track deliverables, and review content for brand alignment.
  • Monitor influencer performance metrics and compile campaign reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including partner communication and onboarding.
  • Track affiliate performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist in processing commissions and coordinating with finance for payouts.
  • Maintain up-to-date partner records and contribute ideas to expand the affiliate network.
  • Plan, schedule, and support execution of SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in message drafting while ensuring compliance and brand consistency.
  • Monitor performance metrics to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Collect and analyze data from analytics tools, influencer dashboards, and CRM systems.
  • Assist in creating monthly performance and trend reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and retail teams to align influencer and SMS content with brand campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure visuals meet brand and platform standards.
  • Support communication with customer service to address social media inquiries or feedback.
  • Help nurture relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
  • Assist in organizing influencer collaborations, events, and giveaways.
  • Contribute to efforts that build a positive and engaged online community.

Communication & Coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or digital marketing roles.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Experience with marketing tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
  • Basic knowledge of influencer and affiliate marketing workflows.
