Job Title: Business Setup Operations Coordinator

We are hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end client setup processes post-sales handover, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with free zones and government authorities. The role requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of UAE business setup procedures.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup operations
• Strong knowledge of free zones (Meydan, IFZA, RAKEZ, DMCC, DIFC)
• DIFC/ADGM expertise preferred (higher salary offered)
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Arabic speakers preferred
