Job Description:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
  • Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
  • Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling in a timely manner.
  • Refill water, napkins, and condiments in the dining area as needed.
  • Support waitstaff in serving food and clearing tables.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork spirit during service hours.
