Job Description:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling in a timely manner.
- Refill water, napkins, and condiments in the dining area as needed.
- Support waitstaff in serving food and clearing tables.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork spirit during service hours.
