Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Support inventory control and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets and improving customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment (heritage or fine dining experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
