We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our lively The Room team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on operational experience, and a passion for nightlife, entertainment, and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support daily operations during evening service
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service
• Ensure a smooth guest experience in a fast-paced nightlife environment
• Manage reservations, floor flow, and guest relations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Support management in scheduling, inventory, and performance goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within nightlife, lounge, or restaurant operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Russian-speaking candidates will be given preference
• Energetic, outgoing, and guest-oriented personality
• Flexible to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
