Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence accurately and swiftly
  • Prepare the documents needed .
  • Creating and organizing information, and generating reference tools for easy use
  • Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails and messages professionally, and other correspondence
  • Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance..

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Candidates having technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Female candidates have sponsored visa is highly preferred.
