About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive to join our business center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about available office spaces and give tours to prospective clients
- Record visitor details and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with management and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a neat and presentable reception area at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
