About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive to join our business center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Provide information about available office spaces and give tours to prospective clients
  • Record visitor details and maintain accurate visitor logs
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist with basic administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with management and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a neat and presentable reception area at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Customer Service Executive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
