Full job description

We are currently seeking a Secretary (Female) with experience to be based on our Client’s office in Ras Al Khaimah

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Handle electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives
  • To Monitor and maintain all the documentation for the Construction Projects

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Prior experience in construction field, Client or Consultant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Based in Ras Al Khaimah
