HR/Admin Executive

Full job description

We are seeking a proactive Part-Time HR / Admin Executive (preferably with own visa) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR and administrative functions, support recruitment and employee engagement activities, and manage event inquiries efficiently. Candidates with prior experience in the F&B or related service field will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support attendance and HR documentation.
  • Help coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee office operations and general administrative tasks.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and supplier/vendor communications.
  • Support management in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Handle event-related inquiries and client communications professionally.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR/Admin, preferably within the F&B or hospitality sector and/or any field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR/admin systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Preferably on own visa (spouse/freelance).
