Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling fitness equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the fitness or sports equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including gyms, fitness centers, hotels, sports clubs, and individual customers.
- Promote and sell a range of fitness equipment (cardio machines, strength equipment, accessories, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely payment collection.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate leads.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales within the fitness or gym equipment industry.
- Strong network and understanding of the UAE fitness market (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
