About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team for marine and beach site projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment, particularly excavators, and a thorough understanding of safety standards and site procedures within the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently as per project requirements.
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and loading works in marine or beach site environments.
• Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow site instructions accurately and coordinate with site supervisors and team members.
• Adhere to company and site-specific safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Report any equipment faults, damages, or unsafe conditions promptly.

What do we need from you

• 
  License: Valid UAE Excavator Operator (Heavy Tractor) License is essential.
• Education: Minimum literacy level – able to read, write, and speak basic English to understand work scope and safety instructions.
• Additional License: UAE Light Vehicle (No. 3 – LTV) license will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years operating excavators, preferably in marine or beach site projects.
• Proven experience in the UAE/GCC region is highly preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and site discipline.
