- Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, or renters from provided databases or leads.
- Explain the features and benefits of listed properties to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge including current listings, pricing, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales agents and property consultants to ensure a smooth client handover.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to client queries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
