Job Description:

The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures on-site to ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing safety at construction sites, particularly high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential safety hazards.
• Ensure that all workers comply with safety standards and wear proper PPE.
• Maintain accident records and prepare safety reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and risk assessments.
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Safety.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer in construction (high-rise buildings).
• Valid UAE Safety Certificates (e.g., NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
